		<description>What a great day for our first outing as OFB Cycling.  We set off from Dural Country Club on the 35km at 9am, and our cheer squad only missed us by a matter of minutes as we flew by Mile End Road by about 9.30am.  Then it was all up hill from here on.  Glenhaven&#039;s own &quot;heartbreak hill&quot; was the killer for many.  we powered through the pain barrier to arrive safely back at Dural Country Club by 10.20am.  Next year it is the 70km route!!!</description>
